These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CorrPay mobile application and related services (the “Services”), operated by Statup Digital Technologies Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
CorrPay is a financial technology platform that enables users to pay utility bills, purchase airtime and data, manage wallets, and perform related transactions. By accessing or using CorrPay, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create and operate a CorrPay account. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
CorrPay is a financial technology platform and not a bank. Banking and wallet-related services are provided through licensed financial institutions and third-party partners.
CorrPay facilitates utility bill payments (including electricity and TV), airtime and data purchases, and wallet-based transactions through regulated service providers.
To use certain Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. CorrPay will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.
CorrPay may require identity verification to comply with legal and regulatory obligations or to enable certain features. This may include requesting government-issued identification or other information where necessary.
Additional verification such as BVN or NIN may be required for higher-value or regulated services, with prior notice to users.
By initiating a transaction on CorrPay, you authorize us and our service partners to process the transaction on your behalf.
Transactions for airtime, data, electricity, TV subscriptions, and other utilities are generally processed instantly. However, delays may occur due to network, system, or third-party provider issues.
Once a transaction is successfully completed, it may not be reversible except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
CorrPay may charge service fees for certain transactions. Any applicable fees will be disclosed to you before you complete a transaction.
We reserve the right to modify fees at any time, subject to applicable laws and prior notice where required.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account where we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, applicable laws, or regulatory requirements, or where necessary to protect the integrity of the Services.
Account termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CorrPay and Statup Digital Technologies Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
CorrPay is not responsible for failures or delays caused by third-party service providers, network outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Your use of CorrPay is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the CorrPay app or by updating the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
